If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

Digital products, downloadable resources, and electronic materials are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping charges.

Event registrations, seminar tickets, and virtual program access are delivered electronically unless otherwise stated.
